Grandfather on the plains
Looks to an orange sky
Raising his eyes from Mother Earth
Dreaming with Father Sky
Clarity in the ancient mind
Resolution
Resolution and fulfillment
Peace – Sky and Earth together
Passing beyond time and space
“We are here” sing the rocks
“We are here” hum the distant mountains
All are one in meditation.

Let us be close to still water
Deep in the forest
With filtered light
Falling through tall trees
Let us watch tiny flying things
Dancing to the music of the leaves

Oh come with me
To the quiet peace of that place
Sit with me on mossy rocks
Our feet cooling in the green water
Tell me your stories of content
In a sleepy afternoon

Let us saunter down water lanes
To lost places
With the smell of salty earth to guide us
And daises and marguerites
Nodding our way
Come to the pure, cool spring
And wash your tired eyes
